Eagle River Casino and Travel Plaza is located on the corner of highway 43 and 32 North in the Whitecourt area.
Our Casino was created by the Alexis Nakota Sioux Nation with the hopes of promoting tourism to the area, creating jobs, and providing a place for all people to enjoy quality entertainment, food, and service.
Our facilities opened to the public on January 31st, 2008 and have since provided our valued guests with memorable experiences!

Husky Travel Plaza
You would be hard-pressed to find a better spot to get some rest after a long day of travelling. Husky Travel Plaza offers 2400 square feet of parking space for whatever vehicle you drive. That’s enough room to comfortably park up to 50 trucks!
We have also installed a shower for your convenience so you can freshen up before the next morning’s departure!

With an opening date of 2020, the Eagle River Hotel is soon to be Whitecourt’s most popular travel destination.
