Maintenance Workers

Performs preventative maintenance and necessary repairs to the overall property as directed by management
Responds to guest concerns and departmental service requests as required
Demonstrates a familiarity with carpentry, fire safety, mechanical and electrical systems
Knowledge of occupational health and safety requirements
Maintenance of parking lot including snow removal
Other duties as assigned by property operations supervisor
